SUPPORT provides responsive and reliable IT support for your business.

OPAL ensure clients requirements are met, and that they overcome any issues that they may have experienced in the past. Our expert IT support covers hardware and software issues and is flexible – it can be as granular or as all-encompassing as needed.

Everything we do is focused on offering the best possible support to you.

OPAL provide an SLA (Service Level Agreement) providing a 2, 4, or 8 hour response (critical issues are normally dealt with in under 1 hour) and a timebank of hours for use with IT support, training, installations or consultancy. We will also provide a report if required, giving you full visibility on how and when you use your contract.

Our ‘one-hour response promise’ for business-critical issues is standard as we recognise that responsiveness in IT support is vital for our clients. In fact, in our recent customer survey, we scored 100% satisfaction on our response times!

Remote support is provided via phone and email, which is included free of charge with your support agreement. We also offer a client portal allowing you and your team (if requested) to log and monitor tickets, as well as see your ticket history at a glance.

SUPPORT operates the latest Remote Management solutions, so we can proactively monitor and prevent hardware failures on your equipment. Using secure connection methods, we can provide most support remotely, but where this isn’t possible an engineer will provide on-site support.
